We are a full-service company. We can assist you in any or all aspects of designing, installing and supporting your home theaters. Whether you have a simple system to an elaborate dedicated home theater system, we have services available to assist you. Here is a basic outline of our services.
Consultation
Before the first product is purchased, before the design begins it is important to go over the expectations that our customers have for their home theater. This is the critical step of the entire process. Our first consultation with you goes over your wants and needs, current layout of the room or rooms being designed, and listing of the current equipment. The service is free.
Design
The design process ranges from simple designs that feature a couple of devices to an entire room design complete with furniture, wall coverings and even a ticket booth. The price for this service ranges. For the more elaborate designs we utilize several design studios including Acoustic Smart. Acoustic Smart has several base designs that you can work from or create your own. In addition, Acoustic Smart builds high quality furniture to enhance the overall home theater experience.
Sales
We no longer offer direct sales of hardware or software. We can assist your business in finding the best price on hardware and software.
Installation
We install everything that we sell. Depending on the scope of your project we will provide you with a detailed schedule for the installation. We work around your schedule not ours. We offer evening installation services a starting at 5:00pm and work until 9:00pm.
Training
Ok, now you have this great system. With most of today's systems becoming more complex, simply turning on the television with one button is a thing of the past. We show you how to work all of the components. We walk you through each step and will customize the remotes to match your needs.
Support
On-going support is crucial to keeping your home theater in top shape. We provide on-going support for all of the products that you purchase through us. We assist you in warranty issues, and also in making adjustments in the system for your continued enjoyment.
