  • System checks include but is not limited to hardware and software configurations, drive space utilization, Windows Registry check, software security update. Call for further details.

  • Virus removal may require service at our location. Depending on the severity of the vulnerability that is found, the removal process can take several hours to complete. While data loss is not common during the vulnerability process, in some cases a virus may destroy or heavily damage files beyond repair. Solutions 2 NV will provide an assessment on the state of the system. This assessment will include all of the found vulnerabilities and what damage they cause and how long each may take.

  • We install most products including those not purchased from us. We charge per major component installation. Price does not include any additional parts that may be required to complete the installation. We will provide you with the estimated cost prior to the service call and will consult with you on the parts that you may need for the installation. This service is available Monday - Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Weekends from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Same day service is available. Call for details.

  • In some cases when the PC is damaged by virus infections or installation of spyware, it may be necessary to rebuild the system. In this case the maximum charge for the virus removal would be $100. Additional charges would apply for the re-installation of the Operating System and all recoverable data. In the event your system requires the re-installation of the Operating System and that service is provided by Solutions 2 NV, Inc, the fee for virus removal will be waived.
